These Terms & Conditions apply to all students, parents, and users of Chintan Institute’s classes, services, website, and mobile application. By enrolling or using our services, you agree to the following:



1. Admission & Enrollment
1. Admission is confirmed only after payment of the required fee.
2. Students must submit correct personal details at the time of registration.
3. The institute reserves the right to accept or reject any admission.



2. Fees & Payment
1. All fees must be paid on or before the due date.
2. Fees once paid are non-refundable and non-transferable.
3. Late fee may be charged if payments are delayed.
4. Any damage to institute property will be charged separately.



3. Attendance Rules
1. Students must maintain regular attendance.
2. The institute is not responsible for missed classes due to personal reasons.
3. Extra or backup classes will be provided only if the institute schedules them.



4. Classroom Discipline
1. Students must maintain discipline and follow teacher instructions.
2. Any misconduct, use of abusive language, or disturbance may lead to suspension or removal.
3. Mobile phones must remain on silent mode inside classrooms.



5. Study Material
1. Study material (PDF/notes/test papers) is for student use only.
2. Sharing, copying, or distributing Chintan Institute content without permission is strictly prohibited.
3. The institute holds full copyright for its academic content.



6. Tests & Assessments
1. Students must appear for scheduled tests.
2. The institute is not responsible for poor performance due to lack of practice.
3. Test results will be shared on the app/website or by message.



7. Use of App & Website
1. Students/parents must keep login details confidential.
2. Attendance, results, homework, and updates will be available on the app/website.
3. Any technical issues must be reported to the institute.
4. Misuse of the platform may lead to account suspension.



8. Safety & Responsibility
1. Students are responsible for their personal belongings.
2. The institute will not be liable for theft, loss, or damage of personal items.
3. Parents must pick up and drop students on time.



9. Holidays & Schedule Changes
1. The institute may change class timings, batch schedules, or holidays if required.
2. Updates will be communicated through the app/website/WhatsApp.



10. Photography & Media
1. The institute may use classroom photos, videos, or student achievements for promotional purposes.
2. If any parent does not agree, they must inform the institute in writing.



11. Cancellation of Admission

Admission may be cancelled if:
• A student violates discipline rules
• Fees are not paid on time
• Misbehaviour with staff or other students



12. Limitation of Liability
1. Chintan Institute is not responsible for:
• Exam results
• Board/university decisions
• Internet issues during online classes

2. Our responsibility is limited to providing coaching and guidance.


13. Agreement
By joining Chintan Institute or using its app/website, you agree to all the above Terms & Conditions.
The institute may update these terms anytime, and the latest version will always apply.
